CRUSHED BLACK PEPPER

A home brew of fruity Nilgiri Blue Mountain black tea leaves from the South Indian states of Tamil Nadu and Kerala. We combine the tea with an aromatic blend of thoughtfully selected stone ground spices and toss it with a hint of organic cocoa and sticky organic blue agave.
WARNING! Meant to bring a sense of calm.
Step 1: For one cup of chai in a pot combine 1 cup of water with 1/2 cup milk of choice and 1/4 cup or 20 grams of Masala Chai mix.
Step 2: Heat and stir. Once pot comes to a boil shut off heat. Allow mix to steep for 4 minutes.
Step 3: Bring pot to another boil. Shut off heat and strain mix into a cup and take a moment to enjoy the calm.
(These instructions are meant to be a good place to start. For a stronger cup, steep tea for 2-3 minutes longer.)
